This event is a repeat of our event from October 8, 2019, where we experienced an overwhelming attendance. We have therefore chosen to repeat the event.
Implement has developed Half Double in close collaboration with the research world and the Industry Foundation. We did this because we saw that only a third of all projects are successful – whether complex or not. We developed the Half Double to help solve this challenge.

Get challenged on your own project practice
If you are the boss or employee responsible for projects or are working to develop your company’s or organization’s ability to successfully execute projects, then you are the target group for our conference. Here you will be able to hear more about the experiences that a number of private companies and public organizations have gained when they wanted to take Half Double from the individual project and live in the overall organization. So how to successfully scale Half Double in your business or organization.
Throughout the conference, we will make sure that you, together with other participants from both the private and the public, are given space and time for inspiration, to share experiences and not least be challenged on your own project practice.
Results from the Implementation survey on effective project organizations
At Implement, we have just completed a comprehensive study of the development ability and performance of Danish organizations and companies in project and portfolio management. The survey provides a clear picture of what is important for project success.
On January 8, 2020 you can get the latest insights on how to create an effective project organization, when we have shared the results of the study.
