On April 17, 2018, CKC Seminars, in collaboration with IPMA NL, is organizing the 14th edition of the annual congress Project Management Parade. The Project Management Parade is the largest congress for the PM community in the Netherlands. This initiative by IPMA-NL, platform for project management in the Netherlands, covers a broad spectrum of current developments, challenges and good practices every year. 2018 Theme: Better Projects for a Better World: Make the difference as an organization! In a time when changes follow each other faster and faster, all organizations require the ability to react flexible and agile to the market developments. On one hand, organizations contribute to the change; on the other hand, organizations need to keep themselves in touch and respond to the required change. Who or what makes the difference? How does one make the difference as an organization? Which characteristics set one selves apart as an organization? Which organizational structures work well and which are less effective? Are there any differences in organizational structures by sectors or industries? Why has agile work become de facto standard in the ICT industry? What does that mean for the rest of the organization? Has the required transformation been concluded already or are we still in the middle of it? Could it be that different names are used for the same ways of working and organizing by different sectors? How does one as an example deal with projects in the construction industry and what are the keys to success in managing projects in the public sector? And how does the health care sector ensure an agile organizational structure?
That’s the main theme of the 2018 Project Management Parade!
